The icon among Barbecook's charcoal barbecues is undoubtedly the Loewy. The Loewy is a solid and user-friendly model that is available in various sizes and finishes: with grill surfaces ranging from 40 to 55 cm and in enamelled or stainless steel. Furthermore, this barbecue is known for its QuickStart® & QuickStop system (with the exception of the smallest model that only has the QuickStart® option). The Adam 50 and Adam 50 TOP charcoal barbecues also feature the QuickStart® system. A small part plays a crucial role in these systems: the bottom grid. The bottom grid is circular and has several holes. It is made of stainless steel and is located at the bottom of the barbecue tub. The function of the bottom grid is explained below.
